Minimum Qualifications : Associates Degree in Health / Human Services. Valid NYS Drivers’ License. Bachelors Degree preferred. Pursuit of QHP is encouraged.

Job Summary : In accordance with the organization’s mission, vision and values, the Outpatient Clinic Counselor is responsible for case management for individuals in need of addictions services. The following duties will apply :
