Overview of Position : The Concierge Runner is responsible for supporting the Club Concierge in providing a warm and welcoming experience for Club members through a wide range of tasks. This role serves as a key facilitator between various departments, with an emphasis on errands in and around resort properties.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist with maintaining a neat and comfortable environment in all member areas.
• Ensure member restrooms and locker rooms are kept clean and fully stocked, coordinating with facilities department as needed.
• Assist with washing and folding of laundry (towels, blankets, etc.) from restrooms and locker rooms.
• Greet and welcome all members and guests as needed.
• Maintain full working knowledge of resort programs, events, etc. and how to connect guests with relevant resources. Includes daily knowledge of weather and trail conditions.
• Assist Club Concierge with various errands and tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.

We are in the business of providing exceptional service and member and guest experiences. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods during which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.

This position requires that you work all Weekends and Holidays during the season beginning the Thanksgiving weekend and ending the final weekend in March; hours to fluctuate based on need.
