Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, is seeking a US - Quality Assurance Expert 3 to join their team. As a US - Quality Assurance Expert 3, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various quality systems and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : US - Quality Assurance Expert 3
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Pay Range : What's the Job?
Support the maintenance, development, and improvement of Quality Systems including auditing, training, process validation, vendor management, equipment qualification, change control, complaint handling, and documentation control.
Oversee instrument calibration programs, ensuring schedules, documentation, and compliance are maintained accurately and timely.
Manage the Data Integrity Program for Quality Control, including performing GDP audits and ensuring compliance with corporate data integrity guidelines.
Respond to customer complaints and audit findings, leading CAPA investigations and ensuring timely resolution.
Participate in customer and internal audits, providing accurate records and supporting process improvements.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or other Life / Physical Science.
Experience with GMP regulations and quality systems, preferably including ISO 9001 and SAP (QM module).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and system management software such as Mango, Trackwise, and Power Apps (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
