Sonographer (Weekends)

We have an immediate opening for a part-time/weekend Sonographer to join our team in Washington, DC (K Street). The schedule is every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The pay range for this position is $35 to $45 per hour plus a weekend differential.

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Sonographer is responsible for:

• Performs detailed examinations of the anatomy/pathology
• Makes necessary measurements & calculations
• Documents results utilizing our electronic medical records
• Establishes personal rapport with patients
• Provides explanations of procedures

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

• 2 years experience in women’s health strongly preferred
• Completion of formal Ultrasound training in an AMA approved school, and meeting the requirements for registry by ARDMS
• RDMS/RVT required
• Understanding and ability to follow MD protocols for procedures
• Ability to effectively operate all pieces of equipment utilized within the scope of this job
