Job descriptionWork with Progression, Inc. get your application bumped to the front of the line Litigation Legal Assistant Alexandria, VA Pay From : $36.00 Per Hour MUST : Experienced Litigation Legal Assistant 2-3 Years Of Legal Assistant or Paralegal Experience Recent Personal Injury Experience Required Experience with Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, procedures, practices etc. in Virginia's civil courts Previous experience in case management software Paralegal Certification Preferred Bachelors Degree Preferred DUTIES : Gather and analyze information relevant to claims Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file them with the appropriate court Maintain electronic client files Calendar hearings and deadlines maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment Progression Inc. is an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer.
