We are hiring a Junior Operations Analyst (Arbitration) to support our arbitration and reimbursement processes. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates interested in healthcare operations, finance, or data analytics. No prior arbitration experience is required — just strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and an eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and reconciliation of payments related to No Surprises Act and State Arbitration cases.
• Develop and maintain models to forecast arbitration-related revenue and identify financial trends.
• Monitor arbitration workflows to ensure timely filing and collection of all eligible claims.
• Identify and track unpaid arbitration awards; support the team in pursuing and securing outstanding payments.
• Maintain and enhance Oracle-based dashboards for arbitration reporting and performance tracking.
