We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to support cost development, bid preparation, and project analysis for this landmark project and related bridge / seismic pursuits.

Position Overview

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing subcontractor proposals, and supporting pricing strategies for seismic retrofit scopes, structural work, marine operations, access / rigging systems, and other complex components. This role is integral to our pursuits and execution of technically challenging heavy civil projects requiring deep attention to detail, accuracy, and constructability.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Cost Development

• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for seismic retrofit components including structural steel, concrete strengthening, anchorage systems, tower modifications, and specialty access systems.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Develop labor, equipment, and material pricing based on historical data, production rates, industry standards, and project conditions.
• Build and maintain estimating templates, cost databases, and production assumptions specific to complex bridge work.
