Travel Ultrasound Technologist - $3,485 per week (Plattsburgh)

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Plattsburgh, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Ultrasound Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, rotating Employment Type : Travel Title : Ultrasound Tech - General Location : Plattsburgh, NY Duration : 16 weeks Shift : Day (08 : 30 - 17 : 00) or Evening (15 : 00 - 23 : 30), rotating schedule with weekend and on-call required Job Responsibilities : Perform general and OB / GYN ultrasound procedures including first, second, and third trimester scans Conduct abdominal ultrasound exams (aorta, appendix, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, spleen) Operate GE Logiq 9 and PACS-Visage imaging equipment Float to Valcour Imaging as needed Work rotating shifts with weekend coverage and on-call duties Adhere to isolation precautions and hospital protocols Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays during assignment Required Skills and Qualifications : ARDMS certification (AB and / or OB) mandatory Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience EPIC charting experience within the last 2 years (non-negotiable) Preferred experience in teaching hospitals and Level II trauma settings Travel experience required (no first-time travelers) Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical environment Preferred Skills : OB / GYN ultrasound proficiency Experience with portable ultrasound in adult and ER settings Familiarity with isolation precautions and interdisciplinary support About HonorVet Technologies HonorVet Technologies : Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) , proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs .
