Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR CSFA experience prior to travel Must have experience with vein harvesting MUST have NBSTSA in hand AHA BLS required

• TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. In addition to agency compliance, RNFA / CSFA will be required to complete additional credentialing through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work Additional Details : Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be discussed during interview.
