As the Urologist you'll work as part of a team-based model where specialty care and primary care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Practice value-based care supported by a robust team of clinical and administrative professionals
• Deliver comprehensive urologic care across the continuum for both male and female urinary tract conditions and male reproductive health, including general surgery
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions such as bladder control problems, urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and prostate disorders including benign prostatic enlargement
• Manage complex cases involving prostate cancer, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, and perform vasectomies and reversals
• Provide expert care for urologic cancers affecting the kidneys, bladder, prostate, and testicles
• Collaborate within a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment that includes primary care providers, specialists, and hospital partners
• Participate in shared decision-making and patient education to promote long-term urologic health and wellness

Required Qualifications :

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $384,000 - $672,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
