Key Responsibilities
Create and manage virtual and in-person meetings related to open positions
Coordinate communication between candidates and Talent Acquisition staff
Utilize SharePoint for tracking and reporting recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required
Experience with Workday is a must
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and MS Teams
Extensive experience in coordinating events or meetings across multiple time zones
Ability to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
