Concrete Estimator

Our award-winning construction client, recognized for their, exceptional customer service, outstanding safety record, and solid reputation, is seeking an Estimator to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets
• Experience working on projects valued up to $50M
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience

• A base salary of $70,000-$160,000 based on your experience!
