In this role, the Client Engagement Project Advisor will provide administrative support to the project management function, assisting in the coordination and completion of projects. Manage the day-to-day and logistics of programs like our client leadership coaching sessions, client webinar series, and assist with tasks related to our Reference and Ambassador programs, and help coordinate efforts for a variety of client events. Will plan, organize, control and deploy key milestones, deliverables and resources according to client goals, both internal or external. This role will work to connect the dots between our different programs and projects and foster collaboration between the teams.
No two days are the same, you will join the Client Experience and Engagement team a fast-paced, motivated group of individuals dedicated to making a difference. You'll get to know the business intimately from both the perspective of our clients and the shoes of our associates. Ultimately, this role will be able to project manage tasks and processes to make our programs happen, and apply that "extra touch" that our clients expect from Human Resources Outsourcing.
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and their accompanying logistics at once.
