Are you a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a “do what it takes” mentality? Our scratch kitchen, farm-to-table restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef / AEKM who thrives in a high-expectation, high-accountability environment and is eager to grow into an Executive Kitchen Manager role.

- Leadership in Action : Our AKMs and EKMs are on the floor, on the line—not behind a clipboard. You’ll be a production manager, ensuring execution at the highest level.
- Growth Mindset : We want leaders who will take the bull by the horns, own their role, and grow with us.
- Systems-Oriented Approach : Our specials and recipes are developed by the Culinary Director—your job is to execute them to spec, manage operations, and develop your team.
- People Management : You’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and holding your team accountable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
