Job descriptionRespond to and investigate security incidents Coordinate with the security team to analyze, contain, and remediate security breaches or vulnerabilities Provide technical support to users of security tools Monitor the health and performance of security tools, perform regular maintenance tasks, and ensure that the tools are up-to-date with the latest security patches and configurations Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation to educate users on security tools' functionalities and security best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams Identify opportunities for improving security tool workflows, enhancing incident response processes, and optimizing user experience with security tools Minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Support or a related field Solid understanding of CI / CD practices for efficient software development and deployment Proficiency in Docker, Git, and Jenkins Familiarity with Terraform Experience with security incident response, including analyzing and remediating threats and vulnerabilities Skills in providing technical support to security users, including onboarding new users and troubleshooting issues Knowledge of security monitoring and maintenance processes for security tools, including upgrades and patching Competency in optimizing security tools workflows, improving incident response processes, and enhancing user experience Knowledge of information security, ability to work with various monitoring and protection tools, experience with incident management systems, and programming skills to automate tasks Experience with Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes Proficiency in Linux for system administration and maintenance We connect like-minded people : Delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders, making a global impact Enjoyable working environment, whether it is the vibrant office or the comfort of your own home Opportunity to work abroad for up to two months per year Relocation opportunities within our offices in 50+ countries Corporate and social events We invest in your growth : Leadership development, career advising, soft skills and well-being programs Certifications, including GCP, Azure and AWS Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning, Get Abstract, O'Reilly, Cloud Guru Free English classes with certified teachers We cover it all : Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Monetary bonuses for engaging in the referral program Comprehensive medical & family care package Five trust days per year (sick leave without a medical certificate) Benefits package (sports activities, a variety of stores and services)
