Barley Bean Cafe is a speciality and a boutique coffee shop, roaster, and a retailer, born and based in Austin, Texas. We are dedicated to provide the highest grade coffee, artisanal food, and crafted brews. We are dedicated to bravely pioneering the unseen frontier of serving fine coffee and craft beers in a friendly environment. In addition, we offer a healthy choice of paninis, smoothies, fresh squeezes, fine teas, along with specialty groceries.

The Barley Bean Cafe is adding to our growing team!

We're looking for outgoing and energetic candidates to join us as Baristas! As one of our great baristas, you will be making lots of different delicious espresso based drinks and coffees while handling a high volume work environment. Previous coffee making experience preferred, previous food service experience an asset.
