Job Description

Healthcare system in outdoor Maine paradise seeks BC / BE Emergency Medicine Physician to work in our 24-hour ED which sees about 16,000 visits per year.

Emergency Department (ED) :

• Level II trauma center
• Sees a wide variety of cases
• Major trauma, cardiac, neurosurgery, and critical cases transported to a tertiary care center
• Specially trained physicians and nursing staff in emergency medicine
• One trauma room and 11 exam rooms
• PA or Nurse Practitioner may see less urgent cases
