What You'll Do : Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and managing entry and exit points according to site-specific guidelines. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to inquiries professionally. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious behavior to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or site contacts. Assist with emergency response activities, coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management as needed. Support site-specific policies and procedures to help maintain a secure environment for staff, visitors, packages, and shipments. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
