• New facility
• Hospital employed
• $600,000+ base salary, $50,000 Quality bonus, RVU bonus
• $50,000 commencement bonus
• Full benefits, paid malpractice, CME, student loan repayment, 401k match
• 4 day work week
• 13-16 patients per day
• Sleep option
