How You'll Make An Impact

  • Support the employee benefits client service cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process and help our team retain business
  • Support in creation and review of client benefit guides
  • Coordinate vendor responses, and create client presentations
  • Begin to effectively present in open enrollment meetings, participate on client calls, and reply to clients via email
  • Establish positive relationships in your office and support with administrative tasks as needed
  • Guide junior teammates and support the broader client service team during peak enrollment season

This individual must live in the state of Illinois.

About You

  • Required : Bachelor's degree; no experience required. Must be an Illinois resident
  • Behaviors : Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred : Employee benefits experience strongly preferred

    We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market / geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business / practice area, supply / demand, and scheduled hours.
