• Demonstrates knowledge of legal implications of nursing practice in performance of duties.\n
• Delegates tasks, and verifies completion\n
• Demonstrates full level of awareness of unit milieu, and provides appropriate guidance to staff\n
• Demonstrates ability to establish priorities concerning total unit milieu\n
• Serves as primary channel of communication between shifts, for patient care unit, and between departments during designated scheduled shift\n

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing (associate's degree) required. BSN preferred.\n
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky required.\n
