About the Role : As a Warehouse Associate, you'll handle a variety of tasks, from receiving and inspecting shipments to preparing and packaging customer orders for delivery. You will work closely with team members across departments, ensuring seamless order processing and inventory management. This role requires someone who can multitask effectively, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced but enjoyable environment.
This will be an onsite position Monday-Friday from 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM EST.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect for damages or defects.
Accurately track inventory updates, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain inventory systems.
Store and organize goods in designated areas to optimize warehouse space and accessibility.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and care.
Perform quality assurance checks on all incoming and outgoing goods.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and resolve operational challenges.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas.
Participate in on-the-job training to build a comprehensive understanding of products and workflow.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
At least 1 year of full-time work experience.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and tasks within a dynamic work environment.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
