Job descriptionCommunicate with daily planning of on-shift staffing responsibilities to ensure all production activities are completed, Monitor the status of all production areas as assigned Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them, as necessary, to Management Ensure all production personnel are following safety policy requirements Handle training and continual skill improvement of new employees on the production floor Establish and foster a team-focused environment Safely operate fork trucks and monitor fork truck usage by other employees Utilize computer-based programs Positive, can-do attitude Ability to walk, stand, squat, and climb throughout an 8- and 12-hour shift Ability to push, pull, and lift / reach over head Ability to work in high heat conditions Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds Free training to upgrade your skills, including a free college tuition program Medical, dental, vision, 401k Weekly pay with direct deposit 24 / 7 Manpower customer care support Dedicated Career Partner to help you achieve your career goals Voted #1 best places to work by Glassdoor 2021
