About the Product – Process Vision

Process Vision is an AI-enabled process monitoring platform that uses wireless or IP-based cameras to observe plant floor activities. The system anonymizes individuals in the video feed using image pre-processing, then streams footage to a cloud-based large language model (LLM) for intelligent analysis.

Users define use cases via natural language prompts and can also provide reference materials (documents, videos, or images) to help the system detect process deviations. The result : improved compliance, efficiency, and visibility on the plant floor.

Position Summary

Ease is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – AI to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and scaling our Process Vision product—a cutting-edge solution that leverages modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations to identify non-conformances in real-world processes.

You’ll work closely with product management, R&D, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact software that blends reliable engineering with intelligent automation.

Position Location : Hybrid (3 days in Irvine office)

Annual Salary Range : $150,000-$190,000

What You'll Do :

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable software products in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the Process Vision team to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Lead design and architecture discussions to ensure secure, high-performing systems.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to define product vision and key technical decisions.
• Integrate AI and cloud capabilities—including REST APIs, data pipelines, and LLM-driven services—into enterprise-grade applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for optimization, automation, and developer efficiency.
