As a CNA in our Memory Care unit, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's. Responsibilities include :

• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care
• Documenting care in the EMR system
• Supporting a safe and comfortable environment
• Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Qualifications
• Current CNA certification

in New York State

• Passion for working with seniors and memory care residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous long-term care experience preferred (not required)
