Regional Sales & Account Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a personable and motivated Regional Account Manager to join a collaborative and close-knit team. Your work is essential in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding Kaidi's presence in the North American market. This role blends account management and new business development : ensuring existing clients receive outstanding support while proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outbound engagement.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer business goals, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Represent the Kaidi brand with a comprehensive understanding of all products and services.
  • Craft and deliver customized proposals and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in collaboration with finance, legal, and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
  • Track, document, and report customer interactions, pipeline activity, and forecasts in the company's CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings to expand Kaidi's market presence.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and account management goals.
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with decision-makers and industry leaders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote / hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

  • Pay

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year DOE plus performance-based commissions
