Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Part-Time Urgent Care - Bardstown, Kentucky - $3,000 Sign on Bonus

Practice address :  118 Patriot Drive Bardstown, KY (New practice)

• Experience and DOT training required within 6 months of start date
• Urgent Care / Walk-In, Occupational Medicine, Pre-employment physicals, radiology interpretation, procedural (suturing, I&D, etc.)
• Part time-24 hours / week
• 12-hour shifts with every third weekend rotation
• Internal applicants not eligible for sign on bonus
