Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Managing IT system infrastructure and related processes.
- Supporting IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client / server / storage / network devices, mobile devices, etc. Providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Supporting escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Managing dispatch system and hardware problems, and remaining involved in resolution.
- Configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing / loading OS software, troubleshooting, maintaining system integrity, and configuring network components to improve reliability and performance.
Minimum requirements :
Ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Administrator (SA) in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of additional SA experience in lieu of a degree.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.TS / SCI clearance, with Polygraph, and Special Security Accesses required.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; sponsorship for work visas is not available.Preferred qualifications :
