This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and the development of internal control policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help drive financial performance and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting professional development and team effectiveness.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and support treasury functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and resolve financial issues.
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in senior accounting or financial management roles.Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial controls.Proficiency in accounting software systems, ERP solutions, and advanced Excel functions.Familiarity with financial tools such as ADP and DCAA standards.Proven ability to manage short- and long-term budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
