Youth Program Coordinator

A company is looking for a Youth Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and sessions for youth and families on transition planning and resource navigation

Collaborate with schools and community partners to enhance youth employment and training opportunities

Maintain program records, track outcomes, and prepare service reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Services, Human Development, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in youth programming, community outreach, or social services

Experience with Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or Disabled youth and families preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools; experience with learning or case management systems

Ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language (ASL) required or willingness to achieve proficiency within the first year
