Minco is seeking a Designer for our Flex Circuit engineering group. Designers provide technical design and support during the product development life cycle by collaborating with engineering, production, quality, sales, and purchasing teams. They maintain critical CAD and tooling data, identify problems and other challenges, and supply critical communication on project work to peers in the department. They ensure timely delivery of product specifications, drawings, and documentation that meet Minco's standards of excellence in quality, innovation, and performance. We are looking for a motivated, high energy, top performer with excellent communication skills to work in an agile team environment.

Compensation : Range of $75,000 to $98,000 annual gross salary

Location : Fridley, Minnesota

Benefits : Healthcare benefits are eligible on the first of the month following the hire date, 401K with an employer match after 61 days of full-time employment, Short Term Disability Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, HAS, and FSA available, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Managed Time-Off
