Position Overview

As a Paraplanner / Support Advisor, you will be an integral part of our planning team, supporting advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences. This hybrid role combines administrative, operational, and financial planning responsibilities. You will work closely with both advisors and clients to ensure every interaction is seamless, professional, and tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client service through phone, email, video, and in-person communication.
  • Assist advisors in preparing for client meetings : data gathering, financial modeling, case design, plan and presentation development, agenda creation, and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Manage client paperwork and account transactions, including new account setup, contributions, distributions, and transfers.
  • Support financial planning tasks such as collecting key data, conducting risk profiling, and preparing reports.
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

    • Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in financial services (RIA or Broker-Dealer experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of financial products, planning strategies, and high-quality client service expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Orion, and MoneyGuidePro.
