Senior Algorithm Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Algorithm Engineer (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of numerical algorithms for the CUPO solution

Collaborate with site and modeling teams to diagnose and resolve algorithm-related issues

Develop and maintain test cases to validate algorithm correctness and enhance optimization performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or other engineering field

4+ years of experience in applied engineering

Familiarity with HVAC equipment, including chillers and cooling towers

Experience reading, writing, and troubleshooting MATLAB code

Familiarity with Python and standard numeric packages (Numpy, Scipy, etc.)
