More about the role & team

The Senior FP&A Analyst is strategic and results-driven and able to deliver advanced financial planning and analysis across the organization. In this role, you will provide high-impact insights and decision-support to executive leadership and key stakeholders, driving business performance through sophisticated financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will play a key role in budgeting, long-range planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on continuous process improvement and value creation.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

• We are seeking a highly driven and confident professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making across various levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential, as this role requires translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. We’re looking for someone who is not only ambitious but also thrives in a fast-paced environment, eager to take ownership and contribute to strategic growth.
• You may have worked as a ‘FP&A Analyst’, ‘Finance Analyst’, or 'Finance Manager’.

Salary Range : $90,000 to $110,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus
