Opportunity Details :

Direct supervision of OMFS resident staff.

The candidate will be part of a growing OMFS Department that includes a strong infrastructure of support with the present attending staff in OMFS.

Participation in daily rounds of in-patients.

Scholarly activity with resident education program and mentorship of research initiatives.

Educational conferences and presentations to faculty and residents across all disciplines.

Growth of Craniofacial Division to include treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Cleft Palate Repair.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).

MD Degree Preferred.

Board Eligible by The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Board Certification Preferred).

Appropriate New York State licensure.

Fellowship Certificate of training preferred; however, not required.

Wages and Benefits include :

Annual Base Salary : $186,437.40

• based on 24-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional / per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $254,581.10

Estimated annual compensation for 17 weeks additional sessional / per diem / call hours worked per week is $25,500. This does not include weekend call.

Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits) :

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
