Marketing Strategist

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Marketing Strategist to lead and evolve digital marketing initiatives for an established lender. This organization operates in a highly regulated financial services environment and relies on a modern, Salesforce-centered marketing ecosystem to support borrower acquisition, brand credibility, and long-term growth. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and marketing automation, with Salesforce CRM as the foundational platform. You’ll own strategy, guide execution, and lead a small internal team and/or external partners to deliver measurable, compliant, and scalable results.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy
· Deep expertise in SEO, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and marketing automation
· Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
· Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with Salesforce
· Mortgage or financial services industry experience (required)
· Experience managing internal team members and/or external partners
· Strong analytical, metrics-driven, and structured approach to marketing
· Comfort operating in regulated, enterprise-scale environments

What You Will Be Doing

· Own the strategic roadmap for SEO, ORM, and marketing automation initiatives
· Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability
· Develop and oversee enterprise-grade SEO strategy across technical, on-page, off-page, and content efforts
· Guide keyword research and competitive analysis aligned with mortgage borrower intent
· Lead ORM strategy to protect and strengthen brand credibility at scale
· Serve as the marketing owner of marketing automation systems and platforms
· Design and optimize automated workflows integrated with Salesforce CRM
· Apply strong understanding of mortgage products, borrower journeys, and regulatory requirements
