We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and manage complex, high visibility projects supporting defense customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cost, schedule, technical performance, and execution of assigned projects from the inception through completion. This role is critical to achieving organizational goals related to orders, revenue, operating income, and cash flow. / ppKey Responsibilities : / pulliManage small-medium, software-centric programs across all phases-proposal, development, production, and sustainment, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives. / liliServe as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. / liliDirect cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, administrative, etc.) to meet project objectives. / liliLead proposal development, including work statements, specifications, budgets, and contractual terms and conditions. / liliCoordinate strategy, captures, and proposals for new business pursuits; contribute to performance targets. / liliMonitor project execution and resolve issues by conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions. / liliDevelop and manage project financials, schedules, risk assessments, and change control processes. / liliConduct executive-level briefings and communicate project status and issues to senior leadership. / liliParticipate in contract negotiations, modifications, and customer reviews. / liliDrive continuous improvement and leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance project performance. / li / ulpRequired Qualifications : / pulliBachelors degree in engineering, computer science or related field. / liliMinimum 5 years of experience on software-centric technical programs in support of DoD customers. / liliMinimum of 3 years of proven Project Management experience leading DoD projects / programs. / liliDemonstrated success executing projects over $10M in value with disciplined scope, cost, and schedule management. / liliKnowledge of multiple contract types, including Time Material, Fixed Price, and Cost Plus. / liliStrong experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders across multiple cultures. / liliExpertise in Export Licensing, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), and compliance. / liliActive DoD Secret (or higher) security clearance is required. / liliProven ability to influence and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels. / li / ulpPreferred Qualifications : / pulliMasters degree in computer science or related field. / liliPMP certification (or equivalent). / liliExperience with full DoD program lifecycle Acquisition, Development, Integration, Test, Deployment, and Sustainment (Training and Logistics). / liliExperience with international military customers. / liliDemonstrated Capture Management experience, including winning new business and leading proposals. / liliStrong executive presence with experience briefing corporate and customer senior leadership. / li / ulpTravel : This position will likely involve travel to customers and non-customer sites principally in North America (10-20%) but global travel is also possible. / ppOther Criteria : / pulliStrongly prefer domicile near the Boston / Cambridge metro area but will consider non-local domicile relocation to Boston area part of compensation package, if necessary. / liliUS Citizenship required. / liliSecurity clearance (active or previous) or the ability to obtain and maintain one if desired. / li / ulpSalary Range : $100,000-$200,000 / ppEqual Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer : Autonodyne provides equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
