Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

Specialty : LPN / LVN
Discipline : LPN / LVN
Duration : 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift : 12 hours, nights
Employment Type : Travel

Requirements / Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years inpatient rehab (IRF) or Med Surg experience

Must have EPIC experience

Travel experience : 1 year preferred

BLS certification required

Skilled nursing experience only accepted if combined with 2 years IRF or Med Surg
