Job descriptionAssist clients in buying & selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers. Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively in the market. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. Stay informed about local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and market trends. Keep license current. Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions for administrative purposes. Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up. Provide insights into property management for clients interested in investment opportunities. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and client interactions efficiently. Knowledge of real estate law to ensure compliance during transactions. Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and negotiate deals. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse clientele. Administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation. Ability to negotiate effectively to secure the best outcomes for clients. Proficiency in marketing strategies to enhance property visibility in the market.
