As an Hourly Supervisor, youll play a key role in leading daily operations and supporting the success of the team. From opening and closing the restaurant, to upholding food safety and quality standards, to coaching team membersyoull help create an environment where both guests and staff feel valued.

Open and close the restaurant as a key holder, ensuring all procedures are followedOversee daily operations with a focus on guest service, food safety, and cleanlinessMonitor and maintain food quality and presentation standardsLead and coach team members to ensure a positive, guest-first cultureSupport with training new staff and reinforcing operational standardsHandle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalismEnsure safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently metAssist with scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks as neededSkills :
Proven experience in a restaurant, caf, or hospitality leadership roleStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food safety and handling practicesStrong organizational and time management abilitiesBasic proficiency with POS systems and cash handlingProfessional appearance and demeanor
