Key Responsibilities :

As the Director of Nursing, you will be the clinical leader responsible for :

  • Administering and managing all nursing services in accordance with physician orders and resident needs.
  • Providing 24-hour clinical supervision and maintaining the highest quality standards of care.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
  • Directing the Nursing Department and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Assuming responsibility for center operations in the Administrator's absence.

    • Key Experience :

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is required .
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nurse supervisory or leadership role.
  • A passion for working with the senior population and a commitment to compassionate care.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional image.
