Job descriptionUnderstand and implement Occupational Therapist's individualized plans of care for each child under your care Conduct therapy sessions to help children achieve their developmental goals Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate records Collaborate with therapists, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care Provide parent / caregiver education to support the child's progress Prepare and sanitize therapy materials to provide a safe and clean environment Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to the development of treatment strategies Maintain HIPAA compliance to ensure the privacy of clients and their families Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist or COTA program Current certification and state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or COTA Ability to pass a background check CPR certified Valid CA driver's license Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance Experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic or educational setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about helping children succeed Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply

Job Specifications :
- Provide In-Home Early Intervention Occupational Therapy Services for ages 0-3 years
- Service areas include Montclair, Ontario, Upland, Chino, Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana
- Flexible schedule : Part-time, Full-time, Mon-Fri, weekend hours can be arranged if desired
