Position Summary : This position provides excellent customer service to patrons frequenting the Service Station. Essential Functions :

• Handle cash / credit card transactions from patrons for product at the Service Station.
• Fill up gas tanks when necessary.
• Deal with customers in a courteous and effective manner.
• Collect and dispose of trash outside.
• Charge purchases to customer's credit cards, provide customers with receipts.
• Answer questions and provide directions if needed.
• Flexibility in scheduling days, evening, and weekends is necessary.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Contacts : This position deals frequently with managers at all levels both inside and outside the company and suppliers.

Other Tasks : Performs other tasks as requested.

Education : High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience : Previous customer service experience required.

Equipment used : Cash register, gas pump, basic cleaning items, etc.

Decisions Made : Most decisions are specific and routine. Questions are referred to immediate supervisor.

Physical Requirements Analysis :

Pay from $15-$20 per hour based on individual skillset and experience. Equal Opportunity Employer.
