Engineering Lead

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to design and deliver technology solutions for community-based care teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical development of applications and workflows using low-code platforms and backend services

Build and maintain robust backend systems and API integrations

Write production-quality code while shaping technical direction and mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role

Proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on backend systems and APIs

Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and modern backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Go)

Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and managing cloud infrastructure

Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable backend design
