• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate required, Professional Preferred
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals required
Primary Responsibilities:
The Azure Architect will be provided an overall architecture roadmap to perform enterprise-level consulting on Azure migrations, patch management, and methodologies.

Requirements:
• Prior experience Infrastructure Automation for Azure
• Experience with Azure Configuration Management, Log Analytics, Governance, & Security Center HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Experience in customer support, technical software support, systems development, network operations, IT admin
• Experience working with Azure or one of the other cloud providers or virtualization or equivalent technology.
• Windows scripting or PowerShell
• Linux scripting
• Azure CLI experience
• Knowledge of the following Azure Services
o Azure Compute
o Azure Networking
§ NSG (Network Security Groups)
o Azure Automation
o Azure Configuration Management
§ Desired State Configuration
§ Inventory Management
§ Change Management
o Azure Update Management
o Azure Log Analytics

• Prior experience with Cloud automation frameworks like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible a plus

Knowledge of Azure Sentinel, and Azure ATP and able to communicate and plan out processes for patching across the globe.
• 5+ years Experienced Azure cloud engineer in IaaS, PaaS
• Extensive hands on infrastructure and application platform migration experience to Azure Cloud
• Extensive scripting experience
• Experience in dealing with hybrid configurations
• Experience in implementing cloud based security controls
• Experience in building cloud architecture with Azure, using Azure Resource Manager, Azure IaaS, PaaS offerings
• Working knowledge of IP networking, DNS, and load balancing
• Experience deploying Azure applications
• Experience and understanding of Infrastructure as Code, Automation, and Orchestration
• Hands-on experience writing effective PowerShell scripts
• Hands-on experience with Azure Resource Templates based on IMF standards
• Hands-on experience with Azure policies
• Hands-on experience migrating Apps to the cloud
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Dev Ops experience a plus
• AKS experience a plus

Remarks: Resource must be in Arlington, Texas, 100% onsite. Scope: GMF Azure Cloud Migration | Must have: significant experience in designing & implementing Microsoft Azure environment and practical knowledge of implementing global systems using Virtualization & Cloud infrastructure. (Pubic cloud offerings)

Role: Azure Integration Services Architect

Location: Hartford, CT

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: $market All Inclusive
