Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Certifications Requirements : PT License, CPR Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Other Requirements : Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and ability to handle a fast-paced outpatient environment

  • Provide outpatient physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with general outpatient orthopedic conditions.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately within the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care and optimize treatment results.
  • Supervise and educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies.
