  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week\n
  • Shift : 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm); flexible for days, nights, weekends, and holidays\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $2520–$2700 per week\n

  • Minimum 5 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
  • American Heart Association BLS certification\n
  • ACLS or ALSO certification\n
  • NRP certification\n
  • AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) or RNC-EFM\n
  • Ability to float to qualified departments as needed\n
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays\n

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units\n
  • Support BFHI practices, including rooming-in for babies and mothers\n
  • Assist with an average of 40 deliveries and 6 C-sections per month\n
  • Serve as charge nurse after completing charge nurse training\n
  • Float to other hospital departments as qualified, performing patient care and task-oriented duties\n
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures\n
  • Participate in Monday orientation and ongoing professional development\n
