Associate Attorney (Workers' Compensation)

Intake, Evaluate, Manage, and Litigate workers’ compensation matters
Draft and file applications, declarations, and WCAB pleadings
Analyze medical reports and ratings; coordinate with DEU and medical-legal providers
Manage case strategy and provide clear communication with clients
Case Appearances in court
Collaborate with firm staff and legal team
At least 1 year of experience in California workers’ compensation (Required)
Self-motivated and capable of managing caseload
On-Site (Firm HQ in San Francisco)

Strong knowledge of Law
Ability to provide sound Legal Advice
Professional and courteous candidate to all points of contact including colleagues, clients, and court staff
Experience in conducting thorough research
Proficient in Negotiations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Compensation :
$95,000-$135,000 / Salary DOE + Discretionary Bonus
