Pbx Operator

Part-time, Second Shift

Job Description :

Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines in a courteous and professional manner.

Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

One year customer service experience
