A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales strategy and execution for the Western Region

Manage and develop a high-performing sales team

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in technology or software

Strong understanding of the IT and security landscape

Experience managing remote teams across multiple states

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
